Palette Lights is a controller app designed to let you create light palettes and play them on your Philips Hue lights. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
To help us understand what's working and improve the app, Palette Lights collects a small amount of anonymous usage data.
This can include information about how you interact with the app (for example, feature taps and basic timestamps). To associate these events over time, the app uses a random, app-generated identifier that is not tied to your identity.
This data is stored in our database hosted by third-party service providers. We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers. We don't sell data or use it for targeted advertising.
The app functions as a controller for your local Philips Hue system. Light control commands are sent directly to your local Hue Bridge on your network. We do not relay your light commands through our servers. The anonymous usage events described above relate to app interactions and do not include details about your Hue devices, lights, or scenes.
Palette Lights offers optional in-app purchases (including a yearly subscription and a one-time “lifetime” option) to remove the 3-minute timeout limit. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment or account information.
